You can build the whole constructions on skids, you can pour a concrete foundation, or you could just pour several concrete footings. Afterwards, build the walls on the ground, and ask a friend to assist you when installing them into place. Use a spirit level to check if the walls are perfectly plumb, before driving in the screws.
